The purpose of this ePortfolio is to support my learning and skills development during my studies at Southern New Hampshire University. You will find tabs above where I will include selections of my academic output while pursuing my degree at SNHU, including reflective notes next to each artifact that outline the project, learning outcomes, and my reflection on their contribution to my academic journey.
My name is Sebastian Camus Nietzsche. I am currently a student at Southern New Hampshire University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Addiction Studies. After my B.A., I intend on pursuing a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in Health Service Psychology from the University of Houston Clear Lake.
In addition to my studies, I am a Volunteer HelpLine Specialist with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), where I have the opportunity to talk with people across the country in need of support. Whether it's an individual with a mental health concern that needs a friendly ear to hear their voice, or family members trying to navigate the healthcare system in support of a loved one, I have the privilege of helping connect people with the resources they need.
I am currently employed at BlueVoyant as a Client Success Manager, where I support the security posture of key strategic clients by meeting with contacts regularly, escalating requests or concerns, and monitoring the health and security value of their services. Prior to BlueVoyant, I spent 10 years at Fortra (formerly Alert Logic) in a number of roles, ranging from front-line technical support to cloud financial management.
In my free time, I enjoy playing with my cat Daisy and reading fantasy novels. I also enjoy watching horror movies and spending time with family.
